Think June means watching the Eurovision you lost the will to live.

Not at all, it was a great torch song, and my particular favourite behind Abba.

But the whole thing is a bit too much of a joke, in that:

 

a) We will never win because everyone hates us.

We will never win because the entries that we put in are complete rubbish.

c) We will never win because we treat as an utter joke something that means a great deal to our European cousins.

 

I thought the dodgy kiddy thing last year was bad, but honestly, this year's entry???

"We are the winners" last years Estonian or Latvian entry was superb. Loads of nutcases in suits going mental and doing acrobatics.

Anyway, United Kingdom winning the thing isn't important-it's the taking part that's important.

 

A bit like supporting the Gate this season if you think about it.

Spot on!! not that i care, i mean people in this country only watch it to laugh at Wogan take the piss.

And as june said every one in europe does actualy hate us quite alot not just the French & Germans, we are seen as being a bit of americana right on europes doorstep and that we have sold are soul to the US..... not that i care would rather sell it to them then become some eco warrior hippy european fag global warming my [****!!****].
