Lee Flynn left 'by mutual consent' on or within a day or so of the away game at Grays which was on February 3rd, as I recall. He was rumoured to be in talks with Lewes but I have no idea whether anything came of that. Nice guy.

 

Simon left 'by mutual consent' when we had 9 League games left to play, to join Wealdstone. I remember that because I was intrigued that we were prepared to play the last nine games of the season with only two strikers in the squad, excluding Djoumin Sangare, of course - I needn't have worried as he was good for a goal a game. Someone on here said that Simon scored in his first or second game for Wealdstone, but again, I haven't followed his career since then. A true Saint.
