Sorry to start on a negative note Mr Chairman. Forgetting that thanks to you, your ESL people and everyone at Barkingside for organising a very well managed event. A credit to Essex a non-league football.

Also the them and us on the food front was petty snobbery and set out like a scene from Abigale's Party, very 1970's.

Thanks guys. the people of Oakside worked really hard to get that game on and make the day a success for the league and its not nice when comments like that are said. Once again your lovely and kind words are most appreciated by all that helped on the day

KA, I wasn't moaning about Barkingside, the toilet thing was unfortunate, the food thing was a dig a the ESL officials. I thought it well organise and had a great day too. Sorry if I didn't make that clear, no offence was intended honest.

Just to add my congratulations to all at Barkingside for yesterday too. By far the best club house in the league. Just to add to what pinky said, I went over to talk to someone where the officials food was laid out and was almost frog marched out of their area by some League blazer worried i was gonna nick his nibblles.

I was unable to attend, but sounds like it was an eventful final!
