an excellent game of football with vastly contrasting styles...the teenagers of biggleswade against the cynical old hands from potton who started red hot favourites and looked good value for that after going ahead after 35 minutes..... town equalised on 43 minutes and took the game to united in the second half missing numerous chances. ....

 

extra time and town had a player sent off for a second yellow and with penalties looming the 17 year old town sub Luke Jones rifled the winner with 3 minutes of extra time left to send the 300 green and white clad biggleswade fans into raptures....

 

new manager..new young team...new stadium....watch out for biggleswade town next season I tell thee....

 

nice old silver Beds FA trophy for them to take home as well..... applause

 

and loads of rampant midges.... frown
