We don't know what the first team will look like at the moment, but with last year's first team side I'd say 4-0 to the first team, despite the reserves being a good side for their level.

Not heard of the fixture, yet! I`ll have faith in the youngsters and say they would score, 4-2 sounds right, 2-2 even better.

If it were this seasons first team I would go 2-2, the reserves are to hungry* not to win

At the moment a defualt 5-0 win to the reserves, what is are 1st team for next season as it stands? who is staying? who is going?

depends on which sides would be put out and whether the reserves had all players fit

maybe the surporters team should put in some training over the summer and then invite the 1st team to a game at HDP in july .

What i would like to see is the reserves (minus current U18's ) v the U18's at full strength. What i mean by this is the likes of Darryn, Olti,Axon,Jimmy etc.. playing for the U18's.

Now that really would be game on.

 

My score prediction 2 - 0 to the U18's.

Too much pace for the ressies to handle.

would agree that it would be a good game but dont think that the under 18 pace is in the right areas to hurt us that much with Stokes & Allen on our flanks

Reserves v.s. first team reserves would be beaten maybe 4/5-1. However reserves would beat U18. Looking back reserves were un beaten for the first half of the season, and ow many u18's were playing? 0?? coincidence? Some of the tougher games some seem to not shine as much maybe?

Just to put my penny`s worth in. If the u18s had the same team who played against Maidstone Central out then it would be a good game.

U18s have been filling spaces in reserve side for some time, I recall an away game in October where a few played. That game it was an u18 who won a pen for the side then a free kick just outside box for what i believe resulted in a second, ended in a draw 2-2. Any takers for Jimmy to finish season with 20 u18 league goals.

We could go on and on, however, there are good players in both squads and at full strength u18 back row is one of the best. They have infact played each other, Dane Park back in August. Guess who won!

In respect of the above game I feel that the front two of Pratt & Barron would be difficult to handle for the eighteens, enter Bagley, Whisker Morris and the strength in the middle of the park would be to much, with the eighteens suffering a touch, this said I do think the eighteens would cause some problems up front if and only if the likes of Whisker & Morris allowed any service to them.

 

My prediction would be 3 – 1 to the reserves sorry eighteens!!!!
