"The host club is responsible for the provision of gatemen. The admission charge shall be £4 for adults and £2 for concessions. The match day programme cost will be £1. The host club is responsible for providing linesmen’s flags and substitute cards and for payment of the match officials. The host club is responsible for providing refreshments as per League rule. Normal League rules regarding club passes will be in operation.

 

The host club shall within 14 days of the date of the match send a balance sheet of the day’s proceedings to the Treasurer. Included within the balance sheet should be a cheque (payable to the League) if any profit is made. The balance sheet should include the cost of ground hire £100 and floodlight hire £25."

 

Obviously anything they make in the bar is not included in this.
