West Ham's problems may be about to get worse. Dave Whelan is bleating about West Ham and saying they should be sued and that we would support any action taken against them.

It sounds like he's stirring it up but doesn't want to throw the first punch. Wigan would be in a far healthier position if their players had shown a bit of spirit and backbone like West Ham's players did on Saturday.

Whether it will end up in court remains to be seen and whether the whole truth has come out remains to be seen also. It makes for an exciting last few games of the season down at the bottom unless you support one of those clubs, of course.
