Vase and Trophy finals update...

Recommended Posts

...the latest info I have is thus. Both finals will have 'capped' attendances, with the Trophy being 80,000. I am still waiting to find out if the Vase will be the same, but will update by this time tomorrow.

According to my man at the FA, pay-on-the-day will be back in operation, but judging by the tone of his email, tickets are going very fast indeed. Both games should set record attendances for said competitions.

There are also 17,000 tickets set aside for 'Wembley Members' so 63,000 on general sale.

You can book through the http://www.FA.com website, or take a chance on the day.

There's no way that capacity will be reached for the Vase final, and I doubt very much that the Trophy will top 40,000

Tickets I've been allocated 'Best Available' are right up in the gods!

Paula - I gather 'the great one' is going so you might find him sitting next to you, if so don't forget to kiss his hand.

Paula - You've seen photos of him on here haven't you and I assume you saw The Times when he was featured in it recently, besides if a coloured Nigerian looking chap sat next to you at the Brazil game wouldn't you at least ask him whether he was Clement Temile.

Paula - Not so much strange, I wouldn't call you strange, but surely if you knew beforehand Clement was attending the game and a Nigerian was coincidentally sitting next to you wouldn't you simply ask the question.
