The other thing is there is only so much money in the pot, so where should it be spent. If we relaid the pitch would it mean that the players budget be cut even further and the five a side pitches would be delayed?

 

I would delay the pitch and get the 5 a sides up and running

and keep trotty with a reasonable profit
