Too late mate. Ballot ended Tuesday for nonmembers. All being taken off Ebay, only place is websites like ticketout.com but you are looking at 400notes.

Alas, as myself and others have found out, this isn't the case. Mates of mine from work who are EnglandFans also didn't get tickets, yet people who signed up the day before the ballot ended got tickets.

The joys of a random ballot I guess.....
