I thought i would leave it a day or so to post,but i feel for you guys,if i was a margate supporter i would feel so cheated by a league that hasnt been honest this season,we all know what should of happened to AFCW and if i was one of their supporters i would be embarrassed that there success if they get it would be technically by cheating.Anyway be proud of your team ,remember it was your managers first season and he will only get better,and i look forward to two cracking games against you next season GOOD LUCK AND BE PROUD LIKE I AM OF MY CLUB

What the hell are you going to do on a saturday now, you must find somewhere else to drink for 7 hours on a Saturday, but at least your drinking time won't be rudely interupted by a game of football!!!!

Reading the NLP, it appears the Ryman league officials are still really peeved that their decision was overturned !!

Ah, my friends, the fates decree that that we should finish 6th. I think we must all face up to the fact that we were not good enough to play in the play-offs and thus not good enough for the Conference!

 

Actually, for parts of the season we were good enough! But we lost and drew too many games after January against teams that we should have steam-rollered!We had too many sendings off and suspensions. Also we had too many gaps in play due to a dodgy pitch!

 

6th ain't bad in the circumstances, but I would have liked to have been in the play-offs win or lose! A 1-0 defeat was a bad way to Hend on!

Thanks for the post Mick, I for one am still proud of my club and always will be.
