A sorry end to the season

I have had serious doubts throughout re:RT's style of management, and lack of contacts;and as mentioned above, managing is about getting the best out of all players-not just those you favour (as said-the talents of BB and LP were/are wasted ,and lets not forget, that 12 months ago, LP coming to this club saved us from relegation to div one ).

Having said that, i am actually glad RT is staying as above all we need continuity.

I just hope RT starts afresh, swallows some pride , by ensuring SCS and LP are signed for next season, and manages to accept ,the obvious, that we always needed a third striker-evident to supporters from October -and that DH is not a captain ,even if he is RT's best mate.-again,it seems obvious to all except the manager.

It'll be interesting to see if Rt's summer signings are restricted to 'more mates' or whether he can secure some players from outside what appears to be a fairly narrow list of contacts. If he can widen the net,we could have a decent season again.

I wish him well

Brilliant Andy!

Would have been better if the ref had got it in the knackers but am sure his fat gut would have stopped the ball.....

I thought Ancient Blue would have moved faster than DH, especially if there had been a nice juicy burger in it for him!! wink (no offence intended Harvey!!!)

None taken Tony (That's PC talk for a good kicking next time I see you).

Anyway you would have to fire me out of a canon to get me moving fast . . . Trust me! devil

You're welcome Alan, the wife usually shelters behind me at Hartsdown Park in the winter when the cold wind is blowing.

I have some talents, but running has never been one of them.
