I had a ride past the old ground the other day got out and had a stroll across the farmers field to check the old ground out.

To my surprise its all still there but left to go to ruin.

Why Why Why???

Can anyone give me some history behind this also who owns it? and is there any easy access to it apart from climbing across the farmers field.

Does anyone know of any references to it on any websites???

Such a waste!

Eton Manor enquired about using it. Apparently the guy who owns it won't let anyone use it agaon because the last senior to use it vandilised it or something from what I heard.

There are so many derelict grounds around London its sad.

one of my most vivid memories of that game was watching troy jump up in front of me and his feet being at about the same height as my head although i was a lot smaller then

I will talk you through the 25-yard half volley into the top corner during the cup final, if you so wish.. smile
