Finished 4-2 meaning Hampton are champions.

 

Miller gave us a shock lead in the first half, Hodges equalised just before half time, before giving Hampton the lead in the second half with another header. Miller got his second, lobbing Lovett in goal from 25 yards, on 85 minutes, sending the Slough travelling army absolutely mental. But Hampton went straight up the other end to go 3-2 up before a late penalty settled it for sure at 4-2.

 

Fair play to them, the league table doesn't lie and they've been so consistent over the course of the season.

Really great game, and we very nearly spoilt their season with two great shots from Matty Miller.

Our support that must have been 150 was in excellent singing voice, and great to be able to celebrate some goals for a change! Well done to all the walkers as well.

well I left early to get a train to make sure I could get my train at Liverpool Street... which ended up being cancelled so I could have stayed til the end anyway

Just wanted to wish Slough Town well for the future. We might be going our separate ways out the Ryman Premier after yesterday but your team and your support was a credit to your club yesterday.

 

Gave us a few heart attacks for sure.

 

Hope we can get together for a supporters game shortly and in the future as well.

 

And echo Brighton rebels congratulations to those that did the walk yesterday. Hope you raised a good deal of money for the Trust and the Charity.

Great final day of the season. Two good goals from Matty, the last one took an age to go in.

 

Thanks to all the Hampton fans who threw some money into the flag as it came round at Half Time.

what a great day! the walk went really well, well done to all the other walkers too.

 

the game was probably one of our best of the season, matty's goals were very very well taken, it was great to see that we gave hampton a few scares, but i think we know it was always going to be hampton's day. a sloppy goal to concede for their 3rd but i think we knew it was gonna come!

the scenes in the slough support after the goals were brilliant, the singing throughout, at the end etc, was amazing i loved that.

 

the presentation evening was great fun, it all goes to show that the morale and spirit at the club couldnt be better, it was good to see the players joining in too.

 

up the rebels! we may be down but we go down united!
