I think the last three games have pretty much epitomised our season. Impressive against the supposedly 'better' teams (Chelmsford) and struggled against the 'lower' opposition (Ashford and Hendon). Perhaps it is just a sense of complacency: we feel all we have to do is turn up to beat these teams. Or perhaps Trotty is just failing to gee them up for the games. And, let's face it, if you can't motivate your team when the prospect of promotion is on offer, when can you? Maybe it is time to consider Trotty's future?

Been back for a while now thinking about what i could put on here and there is nothing to say about todays game apart from we were S..T , and i and a few others clapped Hendon at the end of the match while our boys watched on .Today they didn`t even try ,you travel all that way for that ( not again ) .

Pennock was not sacked he left to coach a league youth team. There is no way they would look at Trott he is unproven, Until next year lol.

Pennock has joined Tony Pullis at Stoke i think and again i don`t think Welling would want Trotty ,not enough experience.
