There's seats (3 or 4 rows I think) but you wont see anything from them coz everyone will be standing in front of you. Gary Mixture has made a point of stating that the tickets are being sold as "terrace standing" not seating.

 

Don't know if they've laid on any temporary bar facility. There isn't usually one that side.

thanks for these answers. I'm really excited by the prospect of the occasion but it's a big shame that Chelmsford will have the biggest home advantage of any game I've been to. At least if we get to the final this won't be repeated (I hope!)
