Hello all i am here to set the record straight, Charlies wife has made no comments on his future to anyone. Wherever charlie decides to go his wife will gladly follow suit. I know this because she is my daughter and they have been dicussing where to go together and are happy with the outcome he decides to take.

We've had a players brother-in-law post on here but I don't think we've ever had father/mother-in-law before that has to be a first.

If Charlie does go, and I truely hope that he doesn't, then it will be in and upward direction, in teams of league.

I think we're underestimating him when we say he will go to Brentford or Leyton Orient I think we're looking more like Colchester, Ipswich, Leicester or someone in the bottom half of the Championship or maybe one of the teams coming up from below Scunthorpe or Forest perhaps. He really is that good.

Although as I will always say I know simply nothing, I'm just speculating.

I hope tomorrow isn't the last time we see him in a Fleet shirt but if it is then good luck to the fella.

I am fleet fan and would obviously prefer him to stay, BUT -

Charlie really should go and make the most of his talent! he has natural ability and should be able to play league 1 or better as stated, he is young enough to give it a good go!! Good luck to him. Will miss his commentating with Chas on t'internet though!!

I would like the same for Charlie, I would be over the moon if he stayed, my only worry is, if he moves to a Championship or League One club, will he be one of those signing you leave on the bench every match (such as Knightly who moved from Grays to Wolves), or would he be one of these players who plays week in, week out (such as Craig-Maigail Smith who moved from Dagenham to Peterborough).
