Must admit I was a fan of the aforementioned Mr. Parker. He looked a good player and scored on his debut ( I think away at Enfield if memory serves me well) But the usual boo boys got on his back, and coupled with the travelling that he was doing to fit in his studies , it nade sense for him and the club to part company.

 

I said at the time, he looked a decent player and had the potential to go further, have not followed his whereabouts since, but he is to good to be playing at Southern league East standard. But he is also a clever lad, and is probably building a career outside of football.

Parker certainly looked quality, had time on the ball and made some great runs. Bit like your goodself actually. Except his hair is a bit longer than yours <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/afro.gif" alt="" />
