Do I gather from the posts on the other WEFC Forum about the Official Supporters Club, that you had a meeting recently?

If so, did the suggestion we (Slough Supporters) made regarding setting up a joint fund to finance the covers and for which some personal pledges of cash were made, come up for discussion? Was there any conclusion reached? Hopefully...

Is there anybody theeeerre? Perhaps there isn't?

Maybe their mother told them that if some guys offered you money to help with your covering, you should always say no, as you have NO idea where it might lead.......

Anyway, the offer is still open, if they are prepared to accept a helping hand from Slough fans - perhaps that is the problem?

Hi Andrew

We have a committee meeting next Monday 6th December. At the start of this season we had an objective to raise money to help refurbish the bar at the club. Our target for money raised is £5k which we are well on the way to achieving. The covering behind both goals is a great idea, which I will put forward to the rest of the committee, perhaps this could be a potential project for the 2005/06 season?

Could you email me michaelgegg@hotmail.com because we have a couple of things that would be good to discuss with our Slough counterparts regarding a potential charity fundraiser.

cheers

Yeah,

This item seems to have been on for ever - the offer still stands.....

Go on - you know you want to, although the thought of Woody running up and down.... on the other hand I am sure funds could run to a hamster wheel.......

hi Woody/Andrew

The project covering behind one of the goals we are putting on the list of potential options for next seasons fund raising activities. This season we are fully focusing our efforts on refurbishing the club house for the comfort of supporters and also a charity fundraiser for downs syndrome.
