An Idea for rasing money

How about people go around before and at half time of games asking for small donations i.e £1 to go towards the supporters club. Even if it is a small gain it's still some extra money.

No offence mate, but why don't you do something like a 50/50 card or a Lucky 7 card or something, ok you will have to pay 50% back in winnings, but it is a regular income, the people that pay it, can see they have a chance of winning and you can do it on a regular basis.

 

If you ask for a hand out, to be honest you can probably only ask for it the once.

 

For the U18's we only get about 20-30 people turn up but do a raffle where the prizes only cost 6-7 quid, if people think they can win something they are more likely to join in. (Usually make enough to cover the cost of the ref)

 

Only a suggestion.

 

See you on the 23rd at your place, hopefully when we return to your ground the result is more fortunate. (we lost to Slough on your ground earlier in the season)
