t gHertford v Harefield

Recommended Posts

This match is a bit pointless now, Hertford cant get 2nd place, and Harefield can only get within 4 pts of the Champions and thats only if they win their last two matches and we lose at Langford.

Its very likely that we will end up 7pts clear of Harefield, so much for those who said the points taken off them would prove the differnce, and so much for those who said it would open a can of worms!

Good luck to Hertford tonight though, I hope you get 3pts

I thought somebody would have given their version of events tonight, well last night now, was it very much an end of season affair as Gavin suggested it might be. Would Gavin's ears have been burning at 7.30, 8.35 and 9.40.

Well done Hertford, your win double over Harefield means our lead at the top can finnish no less then 7pts and if we beat Langford it will end up 10pts!!!!

'lets all laugh at Harefield'

Who is gordon boateng?

Gordon Boateng is the very young manager of Brimsdown Rovers, who absolutely walked Div 1 this season. This is particularly embarrassing for me as I twice turned him down for the job as manager of Hertford. He never played for Nigeria.

LoL. Would the budget Gordon has had this season (in comparison to other clubs in division 1) been at all comparible to what he would have had at Hertford (in comparison to those clubs in the prem) by the way?

I am sure he is an excellent manager, just making a very small point. He may not have done any better than the manager's at Hertford have done.

I didn't say he would have, Rak, just owning up to the fact that I hadn't chosen him. He's been a league winner twice now, with Bishop Stortford's Capital League side, and with Brimsdown.
