Or walk across tower bridge to fenchurch street, get the c2c service to barking, then change onto the district line for dagenham east. the district line route is horribly slow.

I think we should each get one of us to do one of these so many different routes, just to settle which way is best. As long as you get there, it don't matter!

Thats an excellant option. I do like the walk across London Bridge. Shows what a great city it is with views of HMS Belfast , the tower and of course tower bridge

From what I recall from last season, the parking isn't the best outside the ground, but there is a big car-park inside the ground, with a small part next to the Away entrance.

From Gravesend go to Chatham. From here go to London Victoria where you should take the District Line to Hammersmith. Now get on the Hammersmith and City Line to Paddington where you should change and get on the Bakerloo Line to Willsden Junction. From here take the Themeslink to Highbury and Islington, transfer on to the Victoria Line to Kings Cross. Now get on to the Northern Line to Bank where you take the Central Line to Stratford. Here change onto the DLR south for two stops to Bow. Now take the District Line all the way to Dagenham.

 

At leaset thats the way I'm going to go. Leave at Noon tomorrow and you should be there around 20:00 Sunday.

Absolute rubbish. Theres engineering works on thameslink an northern line. A 56 bus may be required for some parts of this route

Simple, I'm going to drive to Upminster where there is a nice big car park at the station and then get the tube from there to Dagenham East.

We've discussed the Golden Boot issue elsewhere - Benson actually has 28 goals (30 including FAT & FAC) and Macdonald 27 (28 including FAT & FAC) - Confguide has no goalscorers for several games - hence the discrepancy.
