asked me to go over as 12th man and help out on Sat... found out when I got there that there was never a chance there would actually be 11 without me!!

 

So I ended up playing 90 mins for the first time in 16 months, in the heat on a bone hard pitch against a side that were battling for the league title... great!

 

Still got through it and still alive, just, blisters are killing me though.. amazing how your feet soften up when you're out of the game.

Not under my definition of ringer! A ringer is supposed to help his team and not hinder it!!!!!

 

Had another 90 mins Tuesday as well, so unfit it's scary. Still got a couple of months before pre season starts (to pile on some more weight!)
