Credit to him and his staff for turning it around.

I stand by everything I said.....the hospital food was awful, Michael Owen would have been an awful signing and we were never in the slightest danger of relegation. (In fact despite all the knicker wetting we actually had enough points to avoid relegation in February with sixteen games remaining)

Its all very well pointing out that you weren't the only one with wet pants C.G. but it doesn't alter the fact that stale piss isn't a very nice smell.

Viewed the historical thread with interest. Whilst admiting that hindsight is a wonderful thing, I take it that CG won't be going to the end of season do ?

" I question whether Daish was honest when he put on his CV that he was a football manager."

Apologies to all ( not sure why ?).....just couldn't resist that one....the red flag was again waved at the bull.....or something like that...whatever that means.

Cry God for Harry, England & St. George ( and Liam )

Laugh ?....I am off to the pub to buy an extra round !

Regards,

Hope you enjoy your pint(s) Hirsty.

Before I sign off for the summer to enjoy the cricket season, let me finish with this;

I joined this forum to post opinion, discuss and debate in a open and light hearted way the opinions of others. Some I agree with, others I don't.

In the same way, some may agree with my thoughts, others can and do disagree.

That is what is called a debate, and debates such as these are carried out on forums such as this.

I'm sure that philosophy applies to nearly every other poster on here.

I say nearly, beacause, to agree or disagree with someone, and openly debate it, you really need to have an opinion of your own to take a juxtaposed or contradictory view.

Sitting on the fence, making cheap jibes to others you appear to disagree with makes for very boring reading.

Now, as you have said, you do have an opinion, but you choose to keep your council to yourself.

How does anyone know you weren't seething with Liam and inwardly wanted him out too last year - you chose not to comment.

Only you can know whether you are a teeny bit hypocritical by slating others views without expressing your own.

I couldn't live with that.

Perhaps a summer of relaxing may form a view (any view will do!!) that you can share with us.

Then we can have a proper debate.

Enjoy

Cheers Gazza......have a good one yourself....catch up later in the year.

Oh...just one more thing......I wouldn't say I slate other people's views, I may just take the odd light hearted piss (take ) every so often but not slate. Everyone's is entitled to their say ( even you mate !)

Hmmm...and one of the reasons that sometimes I do keep my opinions a little shrouded ( that's two things !!) is a) people may find them boring ( surely not ?) & B) I try to make a pratt of myself as few times as possible !! ( cue comments from others... !!)

So, nothing sinister, just my shy & retiring personality I suppose. Some people shout from the rooftops....others talk quietly in the pub to one's mates, who would vouch for the fact that I was not seething with Liam, nor do I class myself as hypocritcal. Whether you can live with that is up to you, I care not !

One final shot across the bow....hypocritical ? I would suggest that that word applies to thee more than me !

I will work hard during the summer on trying to be an as obnoxious as possible next season & piss everyone right off, but I doubt that I will have much sucess, so I'll leave that to those with more experience.

Anyway, that's that ! Here's to a good final performance Saturday & fingers crossed that other results go our way.

Enjoy your cricket....do you ever get the chance to watch any of the county games ( assuming that you are a Kent fan ). I am hoping to get to Canterbury a bit more often this year if I can.......always a good day out ( weather permitting !). We might find we agree on something about cricket ?

Should Key be sacked for ball tampering ( ooh er missus !) ?

Cheers.
