sorry sid... I had to scarper off early....

 

was a good strong performance from the urchins today without being fancy and we did enough against an eager young ware team who still had hopes of 3 points and a play off chance...they were lively up front but a bit naive in defence and simon's two goals were the work of a master craftsman....he and kris really are lethal..

 

his first will be a contender for goal of the season methinks...

 

the ref and linesmen were excellent today imo although simon was not best pleased about his second being ruled offside.....I thought he had run past the defender but no matter....a good win...34 unbeaten and it could be a while before we are...

 

this season and next... grin

And don't forget the terrific gesture from the Ware team at the start of the game, lining up and applauding our side onto the pitch. Nice touch that.
