Right Bob’s had his say and what a load of sh1te I haven’t heard so much bolarks come out of his mouth before in me life…

 

First 20 brook were dead, we were getting it down a passing it and creating opportunities for ourselves, manager and bench shouting out:

“We don’t look like we want it”

“We better put the effort in or were out”

 

I was finding nice little gaps in between the centre backs and midfield and u know bob weren’t gonna mark me so I turn and there captain Chris Fermie who’s absolutely ledge, brought me down on the edge of the box, batesy takes the ensuing free kick it nicks the wall taking the trajectory higher and on to the cross bar shortly afterwards we deservedly go 1-0 up through our centre mid Jamie who’s in double figures now for the season very good for a centre midfielder I must say.

I find a nice little gap, balls played in I turn while taking it on the chest I’m in on goal inside the box (some would interpret a hand was used I would just say it’s why the lads call me blackatov now) about to ping it and shelts comes out of nowhere and checks my run citing that he thought I lost control of it, no doubt in my mind I would of finished it and that would have been 2-0 and I don’t think Brook would of came back from that.

 

Anyhow… their forward wasn’t closed down quick enough and he strikes a worldy top bins, I salute him. Then a long ball doesn’t get cleared properly and my mate Ryan finishes well Brook have their best spell after that then half time comes.

 

We come out second half pretty much like the first but not making the in roads we’d like. Brook missed a sitter lifted over the bar, I tell Owesy who missed it, “don’t worry fella Cd’s in the bag waiting for ya” didn’t seem to care about the miss after that.

 

A lot of play between both sides subs made by both teams im a wreck so I come off dodgy knee, flu, swollen tonsils I think teffs is right I am lame … we equalise deservedly then with the last dribble of the game shelts breaks into the box and shanking-hell. Referee blows his whistle that would of killed it right there and then so gutted, shelts misses another one on one in extra time jeff who came on for me misses a header at the back post and batesy heads straight at the keeper, hanging on I hear JR say all way in dorking EGHT

 

That’s all I got to say but if that’s STEP 4 I fancy that, come on you LIONS!!!!!!!
