Getting back to football

The question is can you score more than 6 anwsered goals in order to overtake Bromley in the aggregate score for the season. There is a decenet size car park at the Meadow provided people park sensibly and if not there is plenty of off street parking. Enjoy the trip over.

Before going over the top with your programme printing and food supplies, please bear in mind that bfj's estimate of the number of likely CCFC supporters at Saturday's game MAY be as accurate as his prediction of the 2006/2007 Ryman Premier champions!. IMO you would do better to cater for 150/200(ish) maximum if past away support is anything to go by, though the fact that the result is VERY important to us may persuade a few more to make the trip.

That's not the right attitude now is it BR. I'm sure they deserve lots of money for getting beat 9 at AFCW and 8 at home to Brom-Er-Lee. I'm sure they will also manage to capitulate 12-0 at home to Chelmsford and miraculously perform to beat us 1-0.

Hey ho, should all be over by then anyway.

Get your facts right before gloating you arrogant so and so. They are not getting paid shed loads like your lot of mercenaries. Ours legged it when the money ran dry. Most are local kids who are probably out of their depth, but mostly playing with passion and pride. We knew we were not good enough and it is now "fun" again. If our losses were sustained by overpaid "superstars" it would be a different matter

HI Guys,

I didn't start this thread for it to become 'orrid. Thanks for the info on Parking. No one is really thinking that we will give you a tonking and if any arrogant so and so says so they should know better. We , just recently, have been awlful away..but you know that.....(but obviously want the three points!!)

Looking forward to the day out with Slough. Great bunch who came to us, and made loads of noise regardless of the situation.

At the moment we are travelling with about 250 to the away games. I understand the coach is nearly full and many of us making our way by car and train.

Well I genuinely hope that they do bring that many. We've had sets of fans make all sorts of claims about how many they'll bring before, and it hasn't materialised.

I have been thinking for a while that there's a good chance we'll be outnumbered at home for the first time in a while (Wimbledon aside). To do this, I reckon Chelmsford will need to bring in the region of 200-210.

And Colin, let's hope Hampton never end up in our situation, eh? Such a nice club.

I think we will bring in the region of 150/200 and hopefully make plenty of noise and exchange a bit of good humoured banter with yourselves. I don't expect us to slaughter you, as localfan says away from home we have been abysmal, I would be happy with any sort of win for us to be honest.

Any way AFTER saturday, all the best for your future and hopefully it will come good in the end, keep the faith.

CLARET ARMY.
