Perfectly true Alan on that analysis.
However there are other permutations that might need an improved GD by us.Would be advantageous to have it as an insurance.

i.e. AFC = draw - draw = 73 pts (currently 3 goals better off than us)
.....Gate = win - lose = 73 pts

Cant really see Chelmsford slipping up to be honest.
Bromley COULD do though as could Ricay.
A very interesting end to the season whatever way things turn out.

i will take any kind of a win. i played an AFC Wimbledon fan on Thursday at 5-a-side and felt obliged to commiserate him on us taking their play off place.
