Ryman League "GOLDEN BOOT" award

The yearly RPL "GOLDEN BOOT" award currently stands at:

(League goals ONLY qualify for this "yearly award").

Danny Hockton : 36 (including his 2 on Saturday)

John Main : 33

Come on Danny keep it going!

Has anyone out there have the individuals "combined" goals for the "non-league" golden boot award of the year or knows where they can be seen?

Have adjusted Mains figure as it SHOULD have read 33.My error there. Thanks Alan.

36 for Danny is what I was told today by Bruce Badcock this morning(incl. Saturdays 2 goals).

I notice our stats on main page show Danny as having scored 35 league & 4 cup goals. Have they missed one league goal somewhere I wonder?

Anyway got that sorted. Thanks guys!

Its close between Danny & Main then for the "outright" non-league award.According to Tonbridge forum Main is one ahead in goals total for ALL competitions. Not sure if there is anyone else in contention for the "non-league" version.

Main 33 in League and 41 total

Hockton 36 in League and 40 total

COME ON DANNY

Aahhh, Taffy. I'm not sure why the Ryman league have Danny down as having scored 34 up to and including Friday 13th April. By my reckoning it should be 33 + 2 vs Chelmsford = 35 + 4 cup goals = 39.

The original "disputed" goal - the Ryman league were previously acknowledging 1 less than I was - relates to to 1 of the 2 that I have Danny down as scoring away at Horsham. At that stage I think the league had one of them down as an OG, but Robin / Danny / Jimmy J agreed it was Danny's goal.

A bit of an own goal for the Ryman League if you ask me!

However presumably the Ryman will go by what is on the teams or ref's scoresheet! Trotty etc may well have awarded it to Danny but on paper it may still be an own goal!

Abdullah the chalked off!

Have been asking around all day about this & it does seem,as many on here have said, that his tally IS in fact 35 & not as the Ryman have it down as, 36. I will assume its 35 from now on....or should I say until Saturday that is! Apologies to anyone I may have doubted & thanks to all those who have helped on this. It may only be ONE goal we are talking about here but its so so close between Danny & John Main that it might end up being very significant indeed. Now one more time...COME ON DANNY,nearly there.Another hat-trick or more should do it!

Go for BOTH awards in our last two games as well as giving us two victories in the process.

Danny Hockton 35 + (4) = 39 John Main 33 + (8) = 41
