But what a great end to the season.

Romford v Brentwood - Saturday April 28 - last league game

Brentwood v Romford - Monday May 7 - League cup final at Barkingside.

No one could have scripted that could they.

Wonder what odds you would have got from the bookies for this as a double at the beginning of the season for 1st & Second placed sides playing each other under the above circumstances.

Do we have a punter amongst us who could answer that question?

perhaps essex can play there to replace when they used to play at ilford
