Yes, but depending on what clubs from other step 5 leagues go up or not there could be a shortage of clubs in which case clubs who meet the criteria set down by the FA re ground gradings would be given the chance of promotion.

 

I would say there is a fair to good chance that Hertford could still go up this season

and if they did they would then have to find a right back good enough for that level.... smirk
