Horace - Firstly thanks for saying I'm not any Tom, Dick or Harry, I feel quite honoured. I beg to differ though as the views are my own and not of my Club, ie Kentish Town, I have made that perfectly clear in my rebuttal statement. Anyway I have not waged a bitter war on 'Sugar', you are being far too over dramatic.

My rubuttal statement to the FA stating that this is a public Forum and anyone can sign up as a 'member' and post.

That might be how you see it, but will the FA share your interpretation? Open and Shut? I don't think so.

Have you never noticed that the "Enfield Town" forum is called "Not the ETFC"? I can't remember the exact details, but it was something to do with comments made about someone in another club, and I think lawyers may have been involved.
PBT - you must know all the details (without mentioning any names of course).

Yes, HTFCew, the case went to court, Enfield Town lost and had to pay heavy costs. It set a legal precedent that I think would leave clip Rods without a leg to stand on if Mr. Achillea took him to court.

Well that remains to be seen, 'Sugar' has had every opportunity to take me to Court and I invite him to do so, we'll soon see who has the leg to stand on.
