Great game tonight. Probably the right result in the end. Brentwood played some great football but Burnham defended well. Looks like the treble is on.

I totally agree with your summation - both sides were a great credit to the League battling for the whole of 90 mins. I was sorry to see Adam Dale carried off with a suspected damaged ankle and hope for good news by the morning ? Once again, Brentwood Town are a class act but that takes nothing away from Burnham Ramblers who were top rated on the night ! Thanks to everyone for the great entertainment and good to see a few more through the gate at Leslie Field ( 92 )

what are brentwoods crowds like this season,have they gone up due to the fact they are flying in the league???

brentwood were the far superior side last night. burnham defended very well but had nothing up front.

 

riki holmes was class for brentwood.

 

some good banter from nicky cowley towards a lino in the second half after the ref told him off but didnt make and friends at burnham with "smash him" shouts in second half.

 

golby was very solid and looked in good nic.

 

the goalkeeper looked a joke with a skimpy yellow t shirt in over his kit, what was that about?

 

steve king great in the air as always.

 

i think had brentwood had more up front they may have scored earlier.

 

burnham were lucky not to concede when cowley brought the ball down in the box and hit a great shot on the turn which came off the post.

 

some great facials from kaiser and even punched himself in the face at one point which cracked me up.

 

well done brentwood and fingers crossed adam dale is ok.

brentwood played some good football and in the league at full strength i dont see anyone getting near them from now until the end of the season.

I thought me and Tifs had a good battle Tuesday night. I thought it was reasonably even. He admitted it was a good battle.

 

Only times he really got round me was when Tifs and Kingy doubled on me, and I had no support, or cover.

 

Very entertaining game of football, and I am still choked we lost. I thought we deserved extra time, but just goes to show that Brentwood aren't unbeatable, even with there endless wage bill...

 

As for me punching myself in the face, I was getting frustrated with myself... A little crazy... yes

do you think they will go up next year by much,obviously away fans will bring supporters to brentwood but it is a decent size town and they should be getting gates of 200 odd in ryman 1

Well pleased for them, always been a nice club and a few ex Urchins there.

They moved into the Sports Centre and steadily improved, practice pitches by the dozen and plenty of room to expand, great potential.
