The fact that Liam is still to sign up for next season may also be a factor.

I suspect that had we got promoted they would have been looking for more money for next season than they would for another season in the conference.

I suspect that had we got promoted they would have been looking for more money for next season than they would for another season in the conference.

I agree, the players we have may hold there own in the conference, but probaly not in leauge football, so waiting to see the standard of player we need is the right way to go I reckon. so wont sign anyone until its certain we cannot gain promotion.

If you were to look at the league table (not just this season but every season since we came up) you will probably notice a bit of a theme, part time teams at the bottom and full time teams at the top.
It isn't rocket science C.G. We went full time to avoid relegation not with any expectation of instant promotion.
