Haringey v St Mags

Recommended Posts

Big game tonight!! A win for Haringey would a huge result especially as they have the easiest (discuss?) run in of the bottom sides.

From what I've heard they put up a respectable performance against Hertford.

3Praise.. are you going to be there tonight? I'll be coming over to watch so maybe see you.

Agreed, they are a much improved side from the one that was beaten 9-0 earlier in the season. I was particularly impressed by the keeper, Jamie Brown, who made a couple of excellent saves and had little chance with either of the goals.

Game where both sides squandered their chances. Goal was a bit of a gift with St Mags stand in keeper caught out of position and lobbed.

Haringey looked lively going forward but possesion wise St Mags probably had the best of it.

Neither keeper had too much work to do, St Mags one made a good save halfway through second half.. Haringey keeper(s) not a proper save to make I don't think.

St Mags actually scored from a corner in the last couple of mins but disallowed as ball (alledgedly) went out of play and back in. I couldn't tell from where I was.

I think a draw would've been a better reflection of the game but thats footie!

NeutralFan - So was 3praise at the game on Tuesday, he's certainly conspicuous by his absence on here at the moment and we know why don't we!

I'm not sure actually, I think he may have been but I didn't speak to him. Just chatted to Josie and Rak

NeutralFan - How was Josie, did my name happen to come up in passing as my ears started to burn slightly about 8.35 on Tuesday and I was wondering why. I see that 'we' held on for a crucial win which will go a long way to seeing 'us' safe this season, was it backs to the wall stuff with ten to go and everything in row z of the stand or into the allotments.

You name wasn't mentioned at all Rhodes, I didn't feel it was necessary. Was also talking to John Bacon for a bit, he looked like a busy man and having seen him many times over the years I have a name for the face now.

St Mags did put them under pressure with a lot of free kicks and corners towards the end of the game. Haringey also had their chances as well.

The course I want to do is only at 2 uni's, Southampton and Luton, as I have a few local commitments I don't really want to move to Southampton so will probably do it at Luton (Bedfordshire) University.

The relegation battle in the ssml is starting to get quite exciting, I will def be looking out for the results when I get home on Saturday evening.

I think that's an understatement, he doesn't get any help whatsoever and is taken very much for granted particularly by 'Sugar'.
