Nice visit to Cove for us yesterday, pitch is truly awful. First half they played well, used the pitch to their advantage by getting it forward early, we were poor 1st half.

2nd half we were much better put them under lot of pressure eventually scored through 17 year old debutant Dave Clarke and should have added another one or two. They had a chance near the end that was well saved by our keeper. 6 points over the weekend is all good!!!

No points for us over the weekend, thought we deserved a point yesterday and 3 on Saturday but ended with nowt....

Playing well I think just need lady luck to smile on us.

All very big games until end of season so who knows

NGU are not a bad side they came out flying for the 1st 20 mins, and when they realised they couldn't break us down we got into the game and hit the post, along with a clear one on one which should of been put away, didn't want half time to come.

2nd half our keeper has a rush of blood to the head and comes for a freekick and plants his knee right in their players back penalty! so we're chasing the game and get a deserved equaliser through shelts, Oners trini mate does some good work on the wing and whipps in a lovely cross which shelts put in. and oners mate should of scored when he took it round the keeper but alas it wasn't meant to be, unbeaten since we lost against Reading so were still on a great run!

Miserable April so far for the Trams. 1 point from 9. Down to 4th place in the Kent League. Could have been interesting if we had managed to maintain our form. League leaders Whitstable, unbeaten until last weekend in March, have suddenly lost 3 on the trot! frown
