Well I think that, in the long term, it is best for us if West Ham stay up. The last thing we want is for Dagenham & Redbridge to be enjoying league football for too long. We don't want the gap between West Ham and Dagenham to evaporate, as Dagenham is a lot closer to us geographically. We saw the difference when West Ham went down last time, we had amazing ESL crowds, now they've gone back up our crowds have remained about the same, but we are now in the ryman and teams bring more fans to our ground.

Our crowds have risen by about 100 on average since last season, if you look at the peaks of 702(should have been 703) last season and this was 751, then look at the amount of games we've had on very cold wintry nights this season, whereas last was mainly Saturdays.

One thing is certain, you great fans have stuck by the club and been rewarded with silverware, and seen many presentations over the last two seasons. You are part of a great team, in fact the most important part for my liking, so take a pat on the back all of you and of course
