Oh well, leave it as it is, and see the club slowly decline and cease to exist, but so long as he is occasionally putting some money in it doesn't matter. Not every club has a person putting their money in to it, a lot of non-league clubs are actually run as a club, with an elected committee who work to fund the playing side by getting sponsorship and raising money. (I know the previous clun structure was unsuccessful but it was for many decades so can't it be now, why do you you need someone like Deaner to run it?)

Why not bite on the bullet now and remove him? What is he actually doing apart from taking the club further and further down, there is no ambition at the club anymore and it seems no one with the nous or committment to take it on.

Better to have some money put it than none and as far as i am aware no one else has offered money towards the club.....
