I was going to go but decided not to as today was jens mums funeral and altho' we decided that I would stay here and look after cats.. dogs..shops..clubs..et al..I don't really feel in the mood to be honest as my thoughts are with jen in Manchester...

life goes on and sidders has managed to escape her indoors and get to the magnificent new harlow stadium and will feed me the scores only.....I hope we do not win the championship tonight but if we do it should be recorded on here...

happy days,haven't really been keeping an eye on the harlow score as i have been watching england snatch defeat from the jaws of victory and then somehow snatching victory back before losing at the last ball,good game though,cheating sri lankans!

Biggest laugh of the evening was when they went 3-0 up and sang "Hornchurch ain't gonna win the League". An interesting evening on a rare away excursion. Very nice people - and they had bitter on tap!! I was very diplomatic with free flowing compliments. It is a nice little ground though - but their telly ain't as big as any of ours!! On this performance we won't have much to worry about at Ivanhoe on Saturday. Goals were on 15 mins (pen), 46 mins and 49 mins. Got quite nippy at the end and was glad of my HX scarf. Estimate the gate at no more than 143. I shall be on update duty Saturday.
