CHUKKI-HIT OR MISS?

Recommended Posts

Chukki's far better than Coleman! I've only seen one game (last night) and though he faded a bit, I think he needs a few more games under his belt - he was a regular scorer at Havant and Weymouth, and don't forget he's not really featured much this season, but if we hang on to him, I reckon he'll come good next season.

Mind you, the form Sodje is in at the minute (albeit for 10 minutes a time!), will he get a starting place back?!

It's nice to have the competition Stu.

I think thay Chukki has made a good start from what I have seen. He gets involved, holds the ball up well and looks to link up. I think that once he gets over the first goal hurdle, then we should see better things from him. He was unlucky to score last night with his run in from the right wing where he went past a couple of their defenders with ease.

Also. how good were our corners last night? Can't recall many decent deliveries from dead balls this season and then last night, we get six in quick succession from both sides of the pitch. One of the most pleasing things I have seen from the team all season. Keep it up lads.

The run in could be far, far worse. I am hopeful again as thought we had blown it after losing at Tamworth.

we all know what we have been practising in training though, fantastic corners last night from Stacy and Sasha.

overall performance was top class last night and i think Halifax were lucky it was only 2.

Great run from Stacy near the end playing in Bollas who should of taken it 1st time back across the keeper and Sodje near the end. Liam chuckled to himself on that 1 grin

bring on saturday and oh ya

BELIVE!!

He could have taken it second or third time and still scored. It was the fourth and fifth times he took that killed the chance!! grin

Have to agree with JP a HIT on last night performance. When he 1st played for us i found him a miss (and wondered why hes on loan from grays (a team lower then us)......)), but its been a while since ive seen an attacker try and win every ball that nears him (even the long hopeless lumps up field). He most deffinatly sharpens the blades of our attack...should be a good long term signing maybe, i dunno, i remember thinking signing Essendoh was a good long term investment....answers on post card to Blue Peter...although can you trust them these days?

IMO give him the rest of the season see what he does. (it wont be long be RR get on his back any way and he wants to leave), but i think he may be with us for more then this loan.
