I reckon on what I've seen this season that Enfield Town probably deserve to come up with us. They play decent football.

If Maldon finish in the top five but have declined promotion; does their place in the playoffs go to 6th place or does someone get a bye to the final?

Harlow would get a bye to the final and the other two teams would play off to meet them.

 

Same thing happened in the Conference South last season. Lewes didn't have a suitable enough ground to contest the play offs so Stalebuns were given a bye to the final.
