As he was the Club's spokeperson on here I would say that it did have something to do with him as he could have chosen to keep quiet merely stating that the Club were leaving its options open until the eleventh hour or that it had a number of irons in the fire, that's how I would have gone about it.

But, as you have said before, you're not different to everyone else; everyone else is different to you!

Horace - I'm sorry but the whole episode with Baldock Town supposedly joining the SSML just left a nasty taste in my mouth that's all, like I said I'm sure your chum is the salt of the earth but he should have played it with a straight bat, that's what I'm trying to get across.

Do we know why their fixture with Royston Town at Ostlers Lane was postponed yesterday, I believe the reason given was a 'waterlogged pitch' but, correct me if I'm wrong, to my knowledge it didn't rain

No, I just pointed out that I wasn't aware of any rain yesterday that's all and raised an eyebrow at the postpnement, HTFCew kindly answered the question although why wasn't the match switched to Royston as their Reserves were playing away in the Herts Intermediate Cup.

Was anybody at their 5-1 victory over Cranfield United on Saturday, if so was it an impressive performance bearing in mind how well Cranfield have been doing this season so far and only went down 3-2 at Haringey Borough.

I see that Jimmy Stoyles is happy to stay at Ostlers Lane this season and that Stony Stratford are entertaining Aylesbury United on Saturday:
