Followowing the flooding of the block of flats in Ramsgate

 

Sandy Ezekiel, leader of Thanet Council, said it could be the middle of the week before residents could return to Trove Court.

 

 

"There's been a real Dunkirk spirit about the residents," Mr Ezekiel added.

 

 

This the same "Dunkirk Spirit" that Margate fans go through waiting for the prat to make a decision for the benefit of the town

OR

The Dunkirk Spirt that my uncle went through spending 7 days solid rescuing troops off the beach under heavy shell fire and bombing before being allowed to stand down from duty.
