There must have been fifty of them waiting to stone the coach. I'd hate to see what would have happened had we won.

I was informed that the future of our armed forces (isn't that what they all do there still?) were baton charged by the local old bill

Indeed. We were kept outside the ground while the chavs walked past because the coach wasn't there.

 

The Old Bill certainly had their batons out. Then as we went to pull off down through the road where the Chavs were gathered it did a turn in the road and headed off on the opposite direction.

 

The chavs then charged down the road in pursuit. It was quite amusing.

Wonder what would have happened if the coach stopped and started reversing?

I think we may have wound their morons up a little with all the usual abuse!

 

It was noticable that their East Bank support was mainly chavs. I guess they have banned all the older thugs since we played them last time.

Our 20 or so supporters managed to wind up the morons so much last season we needed the police to escort us back to our coach.

 

Didn't help Shots threw away a two goal lead in the last 5 minutes but anyway some of their oiks were hanging around as our coach left and were generally shaking their fists at us and being abusive. Was all quite amusing. This bunch looked an older crowd though.

Eventfull. Game itself was pretty poo.

 

Managed to venture into the town centre and visit a rather dodgy pub. Didn't get down as far as the quay.

 

A couple of local chavs got a bit lairy with our support and came a bit unstuck.
