Mr Sanderson, die in a [****!!****] fire. This is our board, and we don't need your pathetic attempts at comedy especially seeing as the shitty reputation your fans and team have. We may be going down, but we'll always be held in higher esteem that you.

As for the game, I have to admit that in the clubhouse afterwards they did a presentation and singled the Slough boys out as being the best to visit Kingsmeadown this season and to get a proper ovation (twice) for it, it made me proud

This is an AFC Wimbledon supporter. I just want to show my real appreciation your supporters who did at no stage during the 9-0 defeat lose their voice, its a credit to your team and your club and supporters.

My son Jake and I have just got back to Ashby de la Zouch after a fantastic afternoon ! Although only part time Slough fans due to our other commitments we had to be at Kingsmeadow today and we have to say it is the best 290 mile round trip we have ever done!

My first comments are about Wilko and the players. Whatever the score, you could not for one second question the commitment of everyone of the players today and whilst they may not be the most gifted group of footballers ever assembled they can stand proud in the fact they gave all they had for the shirt today. 'Serve with honour' it says and 'Serve with honour' they did.

As for the rest of you fans - two words - stunning support! Me and the lad felt like intruders because we haven't been all over the south of England like the rest of you so we stood and admired your fantastic and undying support for the club. I have been to Premiership winning and FA Cup winning matches but nothing compares to the way you guys (and gals) kept singing and singing. The players reactions at the end shows that it is appreciated.

After today, me and the lad intend making more visits to Swamp Meadow/Wexham Park (hey, we can dream!)and Brook House and Taunton next season so make sure you keep the club alive!

Thanks again to all the Slough fans at Kingsmeadow for reminding me what true supporters are all about.

I can't believe i had a brillant day out with a score like that - even the taxi driver from brighton station had heard about the result!

What brillant supporters we've got - every Wimbledon supporter i spoke to after the game said the same. To get an opposition player to come over and give us applause said it all. And to the all the Slough players - keep going. You deserve better.

Again, I want to re-itterate what a great day it was (minus the result of course - and that is all I'm going to say about that)

It was great that the AFCW player came over to clap us, and also that the Womble came over to bow to us.

I usually stay behind in the bar after the game, but this time I had to head straight off. I would like to thank all of the AFCW fans who came up to me to say how great we were as fans, and also to commiserate with hugs.

See you all on Saturday.

I was one of the stewards at he away end in the first half and have to compliment you all on the fantastic support you showed for your team. I'd rate you 12 in a scale of 1 to 10!!! On a different note, can I just say that your team did you proud on the pitch today. You could have put 10 people behind the ball and hooffed everything in sight, including our strickers, but you didn't. You came to play football.

Well done the players and the supporters. I just hope that our supporters show the same enthusiasm as you did when our team is loosing.

Best luck in the future and here's hoping to a speedy return to Slough for you.

What do you mean by "reputation your fans and team have"? I didn't know Ian had any fans, let alone a team!

Sorry to here about your relegation as you seem a genuinly nice club, so why ruin it by launching attacks on other clubs? We are not a club full of thugs far from it. We have had three incidents of violence in the past 10years. It just seems easier for fans to go along with everyone else in opinion rather than have their own. Just ask the Billericay fans "Ramsgate are by far the best oppo this season".

I read the "Slough Town Soap Opera" in the matchday programme. Good lord! You guys really have had a rough time this season. And I'll reiterate what many other AFCW fans have said - your club is a credit to the game: the fans for being so loyal and good-natured, in spite of a drubbing, and the team for trying their best, not giving up, and not resorting to dirty, cheating tactics. I hope we're out of this league next season but the league will in any case be poorer without you. Is there a fighting fund to which I can contribute a tenner?

Gutted I couldn't make it yesterday. Despite the result it sounds as if I missed a truly magnificent day out.

Martin - thanks for your updates yesterday. Sorry for texting you what seemed like stupid questions but when I got up this morning I had six more updates come through over night, thnk my phone must have been trying to protect me from the final score.

Well done to the Slough fans on Saturday, nice to hear you still singing - even at 6, 7, 8 and then 9-0 down. Just read the article in the programme and hope you lot can turn it around. Your keeper had some kind words to say about your fans after the game and sounded genuinely upset by the situation at your club at the moment. Keep the faith - Bromley Womble

There are some great clips on www.donsonline.co.uk

My particular favourites are us doing the Ryman League is upside down song which gets a laugh just before Jolly misses his sitter and also of us all clapping away at 9-0 down.

Well done lads

I'm an ex-rebel supporter ( 1964 to 1975) and feel that you have all done the club proud ( mine you in my days we used to hand out 9-0 thrashings)

Hope to see a quick return.

A posting on the Maidenhead site last year suggested that there are a number of ex-rebels now supporting Maidenhead - maybe a ground share at York Road would generate some more interest in the club

regards
