This is a very important game and a game that we have to play football from the off and score a goal as early as possible then to build on that. We can't go into this game underestimating them as they are going to be confident after their 3-0 win over fellow strugglers Slough.

 

 

However due to the importance of the game we will get off to a good start and go on to win 4-0. Hockton with 2, Pinnock and Jackson getting the rest. The attendance i think will be 527.

Gate back on song & back on target.We need the goals as well as the points.A very confident 5-0 victory this time. No messin' about this Saturday.Any result though, other than a win, will be the ultimate embarrassment despite the fighting efforts of Walton lately & their recent form.This dosen't mean I am underestimating them,far from it,but in all honesty we should have enough,we ought to have enough to dismiss them despite our recent form.Any result other than a victory anyway,will surely put Trottys future in doubt too I would imagine.Am confident we shall turn things round this week & none of this is reverse psychology either.I truly believe we will come away Saturday saying "why couldnt we play like that in our last few games".

Lets be honest here,if we draw or lose tomorrow our season IS at an end & it will be just what we will have deserved...nothing.

I'm still quite hopeful that we can achieve 4th play-off spot but anything other than a win tomorrow will surely see us losing any chance we might have had once & for all.I for one will concede the play-offs if we lose out Saturday but I am full of confidence that they WONT let us down TOMORROW.

Ah, fellow Gateys, I do think it will be a close game and Walton will score a quick goal to put us on the backfoot.

 

But do not despair as Jay brings us back on the brink of half-time and Hockton and Haworth both claim the goal that wins the match around the hour mark.
