Look back............

Look back to the beginning of the season. A new manager, many new players, uncertainty over the stadium (still there).

If i'm honest i dont think it was realistic to expect too much of this season. Yes we have a lot of good, highly paid players but it's still not easy for them in their first season together.

The hard bit is going to be to keep them together and build on the squad for next season.

If we dont go up this season, it's still been a good one compared to the last few!!!

So no more knocking Trotty, he's done well.

Keep going lads til the end of the season and GOOD LUCK.

Yes, but next year will be even harder may have Dover and Hornchurch, add to that afc,bromley,chelmsford or whoever doesnt get promoted out of the top 6.

Add Maidstone and probably Dartford with their new stadiums (or stadia for the pedantic). Also the players we have that are at least a league or possibly two leagues below the standard they could really play at-are they going to want to hang around playing Ryman 1 football?

If we don't do it this year I really worry if it'll ever happen.

I pay good money week in week out and shout myself horse most games so although I appreciate the sentiment of the above posts if I feel I'm not getting my moneys worth, if players are out of position or dropped without reason or there's a lack of effort I'm going to say it on here so please don't tell me what to do or say.

It's absolutely imperitive we give it our best shot and get promoted this season.

Good post upthegate.However we ARE in with a shout of going up still & we should go for it THIS season.If we then don't make it we can revert back to your comments at the beginning of this thread & feel proud & content though disappointed slightly at the same time.
