So then, after a truly remarkable week can we round it off on Saturday? No doubt i would suspect our lads are very happy with themselves for their continued progress and they have fully deserved the position they/we find ourselves in.

 

So lads - Here is a little incentive...The awards night is on in the evening..Fancy picking up an early reward of 3 points?!

The Rams have had a decent March that's put them 3rd in the Form Guide over the last four matches, winning 3 games and only conceding one goal (in their 1-1 draw with Chelmo).

 

They're only 4 points away from the play-off places and of their six remaining games four are against oppo in the Top 8.

 

So will they come looking for all 3 points?

Ramsgate were toilet, they offer long balls and late challanges and thats it. Their keeper has bigger tits then my missus as well, pepper his goal!

They will look to score with just about every throw-in they get in our half, for those of you who didn't go to Ramsgate, the lad can throw to the farpost.

 

 

But if we can maintain our current form, we should be ok.

Yeah,I remember that from the game down there.
So the counter tactic is for us to kick the ball out by the half way line instead

Anyway, i think incentive enough for our lads is for them to remember that game and return the favour and let them go home empty.

This will be a very tough game, Ramsgate are a decent team. Anything less than 100% from us and we could get beat. And remember, the supporters can play a major part as well...

We're a different team all together from the team that played them early in the season...Different attitude. And that will make it a different game all together.

 

Matt, the management team and the players have been banging on as to how important the supporters are and the noise they make (comment is made in almost every Gift of The Gaz interview). It was nice to see that we had an example of that on Tuesday. Lets keep it up for the rest of the season.

If I remember rightly we slaughtered Ramsgate for 45 minutes at their place, god only knows how we didn't score that night.

ahh yes i remember the game well ,your keeper had a bit of a mare with the 40 yard freekick he helped into his goal lol even you must think that was funny to watch.Anyway i hope its a better game this time round. good luck and i will see you saturday
