Let's face it.

It seriously looks like we're going to languish in this league. We have miles better players than Ramsgate, much more resources than Ramsgate, more support than Ramsgate and more tradition and history than them so why is it we're only level with them.

Because we're simply not good enough that's why. We only showed commitment in the last five minutes last night.

Tactics and motivation is the managers job and I'm seeing very little of that. We can blame suspensions, injuries and lack of depth in squad, ( Brayley, Deen, Sesay, Yiga,) if that sort of quality could have stepped in lack of depth in squad wouldn't be an issue would it?

If my job spec was to achieve three things and I failed on all three I'd be worried about my future.

No doubt the Trott apologists will be on here saying he's cutting his teeth at management, give him a chance and even ridiculously in my view "give him a contract now".

Well I'm sorry to the leave Trotty alone brigade but l'm sick of feeling depressed after a game. We should be doing better than this with the resources we have.

England have the resources and I'm sure we all blame the manager there don't we?

I seriously think if we fail to go up this season we're stuffed. We had our chance and I know it's not all over yet but we seem to be defeating ourselves at the moment.

Come on! If we win our game in hand we are only 1 point off AFC Wimbledon. They could drop a few points here & there. Many surprise results still to come. Some of those near the bottom will be playing their hearts out to stay up.

We could find our form again & win all our remaining games, even against the likes of Chelmsford,Billericay & I will add Walton & Hersham to those.................Yes,we may,its possible!!

Its not all over yet & we can still get that play-off spot!

Its not like we are 5 or so points adrift is it?

If our players can get into the groove again we can do it.

WE KNOW how well they CAN perform. Come on you players,Come on Trotty, get them going again.

HEADS UP EVERYONE!!!!!!

I think that given the resources he has Jim Ward has done a great job at Ramsgate. If they hadn't lost Laslett and Edd Vahid they could easily have gone up as champions!

But Trott was the fans choice as manager. A manager in his first season, rarely produces a really good consistent side.

Sure he's made mistakes but all managers do,especially inexperienced one's.

Ramsgate champions-ridiculous comment.
Trott wasn't my choice.

But he was the majoritys choice Hornet & he deserved the chance given his record backend of the season before. He hasnt done badly at all.Could have done better its true(i.e league winners)but as others say its both his inexperience & lack of funds. He could certainly have done worse.Anyway getting to & winning the play-offs isn't too bad a record for his first season surely?

Hornet had we not given away a 1-0 lead against Wimbledon (Darlington scored) and had we not let in long range injury time strikes against Boreham Wood and Chelm%ford we would be right up there. With them two players still at the club we would obviously be a stronger outfit so the comment is not as farfetched as you have made it out to be.

Hornet.

Given the Rams already have 59 points. I think you have to say they are not quite as hopeless as some Margate fans were saying at the start of the season.

Edd Vahid and Laslett are 2 excellent players. If the Rmas had them all this season. They would have picked up quite a few more points IMO. So would have had an excellent change of winning a league that nobody has really seemed to want to win.

At the start of the season. A lot of people on here were saying the step up to the premier would be too much for the promoted teams.

How ridiculous does that look now?
