So can the clubs who lost points against AFC in those games that Darlington played, now appeal for their points back?

 

also the FA by still imposing the 3 point deduction are still saying that AFC are guilty, therefore the rules are rules and should be obeyed, shouldnt they?

Good luck to AFCW,they have had a fantastic result and I have no problem with them whatsoever.

 

But I can't understand how the FA can state that the Isthmian League were wholly right in deducting 18 points, then reduce it to 3.

 

The punishment for ineligible players is now 3 points if due to an administrative error.

 

There would be a very good argument for any team who had fielded 3 eligible players, or 7 players, to have just a 3 point deduction, if the ineligibility was due to an administrative error.

 

Its farcical, I wonder how Margate feel today.
